By accessing or integrating the software infrastructure provided by MOVIE BOX ULTRA LLC ("Company," "we," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our infrastructure.

2. Commercial Licensing

Our technologies are distributed exclusively under a commercial Business-to-Business (B2B) license agreement. It is strictly prohibited to extract, copy, or redistribute the core technology for standalone competitive purposes without prior written authorization from our legal department.

3. Limitations of Liability and Warranty

The infrastructure is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MOVIE BOX ULTRA LLC disclaims all warranties, whether statutory, express, or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular commercial purpose, uninterrupted service, or absence of errors.
